Raas Jodhpur is a heritage haveli converted into a beautiful elegant property. I rate this hotel a 4.5 out of 5.
Reason to book
Pleasant ambiance and an amazing view of Mehrangarh Fort make me want to book this hotel again and again.
My experience
RAAS is about 6 kms away from Jodhpur airport. Uber charged only INR 75 from Airport to the hotel. RAAS is located in the old city and the roads are a little bit narrow. Due to narrow roads, some of UBER and OLA drivers make a fuss in coming to this area. If you have a personal car, you will not face this problem. Food is good, however, options are very limited.
Entered the property with the warm welcome of the well-groomed staff. All guests are welcomed with a cardamom and ginger infused green tea. No check-in formalities at the reception. They directly took me to my room, while giving a small tour of the property. After filling my email and postal address they scanned the card in the room itself. It was a very smooth check-in experience.

I got a room on the first floor with a beautiful view of Mehrangarh fort from my huge Balcony. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed with a seating area in the Balcony. The bathroom had a Bathtub and a separate shower area. Cold food is served in a buffet and hot food in available on demand. Food served was delicious and sumptuous.
A small Bazaar and clock tower is 10 minutes’ walk away. You can also walk to the famous Lassi and Shahi Samosa shop in clock tower area.
