High Altitude Sickness in Himalayas : How to avoid ?

Watch this video if you are going at high altitude in the Mountains. I visited Spiti in May 2017 and took this steps to avoid/prevent high altitude sickness. Though when I met the doctor he asked me to take few more steps for better results. Watch to know more about it.
